Tibetan Striped Shawl
This shawl has a black border at each end, self colored fringes and the middle section is made up of multicolored horizontal stripes. Very traditional look from Tibetans living and working in Nepal, although the wool is imported from New Zealand. These folk shawls are handloomed and then handbrushed to make them fluffy. Size is about 33 - 34 inches wide by 70 inches long, plus 2.5 inch fringes each end. Being handwoven they do vary slightly.
