Buddha's Bead Teapot

Pulling on the beaded cord will open the lid, allowing the brewing of some fine tea. This teapot comes in a presentation box of traditional Chinese design, in green and gold fabric. Yixing teapots have been treasured for generations in China, some becoming valuable heirlooms. One story tells of a monk with only one possession - an Yixing teapot, which he would not sell to a rich man, but instead, graciously shared with him by drinking tea together.
