Nepalese Singing Bowl

This bowl was carefully chosen by Amida staff for its resonant performance. Each singing bowl carries a unique tone and series of harmonics which varies according to how it is struck and the weight of the striker. Singing tones vary according to pressure, velocity, and skill. Included with this special bowl is a hard wooden striker and 9 inch bowl pillow as pictured. Hand selected and rung by our supplier for its sound quality and then chosen by us, this bowl has a particularly beautiful tone. It is easy to make sing and the fundamental note is E. This bowl is about 6.25 inches in diameter at the rim and about 4 inches deep. Weighs just over 0.8 kilo of bell metal (about 1lb 12 ozs.) This is the exact one you will receive.
